Malayala Manorama :

Save the file to the folder WINDOWS\Fonts

eg: C:/WINDOWS/Fonts

Now you can read the newspapers

Internet explorer may display the pages without installing the Malayalam fonts, but it is compulsory to install the fonts while using most other browsers like Firefox, Google Chrome etc.
